http://cbdistinctivemontrose.com/blog/categoryname_news/sort_entrydatetime-desc/ My name is Tom Tomaselli and I have been a fulltime Realtor and continuous Member of NAR, CAR & SCAOR since 1975. I’ve sold residential & commercial projects, designed, built & remodeled residential homes, subdivided acreage, orchestrated exchanges, both reverse and direct and initiated numerous housing developments over these years. I have the experience, skills, and techniques to navigate through simple residential sales to complex multi-million dollar transactions while meeting your Real Estate needs and concerns, large or small. I will provide professional advice and timely understanding when it comes to special and complex negotiations to meet your personal needs and goals. My goal is to obtain Top Dollar if you are my Seller or to find Your Dream Property if you are my Buyer. I graduated from CSUC in 1972 with a BA in Art, Drama & Math and I use this diverse knowledge to maximize my Real Estate skills for my clients. I completed my Secondary Teaching Credential while pursuing a partial Master’s Degree program in 1973. I am also a licensed CA Real Estate Real Estate Broker and can help you in transitioning from California to Colorado. My wife and I live in Montrose because of it’s proximity to world class recreation, commercial amenities and general affordability. Let me help you obtain your Maximum Sales Value or your Dream Property in Montrose so you too can enjoy the great Colorado lifestyle. http://cbdistinctivemontrose.com/blog/9896/we-are-excited-that-thomas-tomaselli-has-joined-our-coldwell-banker-family!/ Mon, 21 Jun 2021 04:37:55 -0700 Heather is the newest member of the Klein Team and brings with her a unique perspective on business and developing personal relationships.
